Where the line is
Free is the map. Pro is the shortlist.
Everything about an employer stays free, forever: whether it sponsors, how often, whether it takes new visas or only transfers, and every open role we've checked. That question has one right answer and it shouldn't sit behind a paywall. So does the top of every Sponsor Map list.
Pro answers a different question: out of thousands of employers and today's roles, which ones are worth your application? The full Sponsor Map for the US and Europe, a daily email, a shortlist read against your resume, and that resume rewritten for each role. That's about you — your resume, your status, your timeline — so it takes work per person: scoring every new role against your background, ruling out the ones your case can't clear, and drafting the resume for each one.
Put plainly: free saves you from wasted applications. Pro saves you the evenings. If you're applying to a handful of roles a month, free is genuinely enough — and we'd rather you say that than churn.
The 60-second version
Most postings can't tell you whether you can be hired.
Roughly nine in ten tech postings say nothing about sponsorship either way. We read every one of them, then check what the employer has actually filed — including whether those filings were new hires or transfers.
